Meet Steve - Founder & Managing Director
Growing up, I spent countless hours in the shop with my dad and grandfather which is where my fascination with heavy vehicles and equipment first began. That early exposure sparked a career that has now spanned two decades in fleet, progressing from hands-on technical roles to leading fleet operations and fleet engineering teams and finally, founding Innotech Fleet Strategies. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping organizations improve safety, reliability, and long-term value through practical, people centric and data-driven solutions.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring the outdoors—whether biking, fishing, or enjoying British Columbia's natural landscapes. Those experiences have shaped my commitment to sustainability and protecting the environment for future generations. Today, I enjoy partnering with organizations to solve complex fleet challenges and develop practical solutions that improve operations, reduce costs, and create lasting value. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing recommendations implemented and making a real difference for the people who rely on fleet services every day.
